Data Management and Updation

In this project we created a tool to import leads, cases from NetSuite and create tickets on Zendesk for Management. The project focuses on Integration with different platforms and fetching the data and even send back the data.

Challenges

The client was utilizing the traditional method of creating data on Salesforce from the CSV extracted from NetSuite and creation of ticket manually on the Zendesk.

So there was lots of manual task performed by users and thus there were lots of instances of Human errors which caused quite a chaos every time the process was repeated.

Solutions

The Solution for this issue was creation of a tool which automatically performs the processing and reduces manual task thus reducing the chances of Human error to almost 0%.

The import tool integrates the NetSuite and fetches leads, cases and other object data. And process upsert them on Salesforce and accordingly create tickets on Zendesk platform.

The tool had adhoc features to handle data and even validate it. Also, the tool handled corrupted data occurred due to downtimes of system and integration malfunction. And automatically try to reprocess it after some time.
